Depends on your priority. Mine is HG, RG, RE and only what I like. I was also itching to get MG and PG. Especially the Exs-ext but maybe i'll wait until bandai release a 2.0 or RE. A REVIVE is also good.
Finally official gundam merchandise reaching malaysia's shore. good news especially those iPhone 6s users.
Reminds me of when I almost bought an Iphone 6 just to justify buying a limited edition case. I didn't buy the case... Let's see if there'll be titanium finish edition, pbandai of course.
As something that you would put on external factors a lot, I wouldn't use a case that its main selling point is the external design.
totally agreed, its just the same case all over just the difference is the picture design, from my point of view its just decals design which easy made with diy decals, printer and hobby topcoats...
gosh why dont they just put more effort to make it emboss or make the case shape of a shield?

That seems nice. Maybe a snap fit plastic kit case like gunpla kits.

you're too used to unlicensed cases that prints trademark images without permission, in Japan you won't find them so easy, so if you want a Gundam Themed Case, this is the only way to get it. Same goes for those File holders, pencil case, stickers etc. IMO official products are usually better than those you find in Pasar Malam & Mr. DIY.
Is it true that Flat Coat hide stickers' edges better than semi-gloss and gloss?
stickers on gloss surface, top coat with flat, because sticker sticks better on smooth surface resulting less frost effect, flat coat hides the corners because it has a rough finishing and also the matte effect hides the reflection on the edges. And more coats you apply, surface will look more even. Of course you can light sand to make them look even but need to take extra care.

nope i dont even use the unlicensed case i simply make my own, i only buy things that simply unable to achieve by just print and sticks...
although i focus more on the practical side that the case antidust covered and can absorb certain shock during drop
also dont you think its an insult to gundam fans just putting picture at a case without giving extra? heck at least for marvel fans they put some led and make it more characteristics
below is one of a batmobile iphone case for example
good price. if it were me i will get it in an instant. serious, tell me the shop location and i'll go grab it
To those who r interested, please find gundam toy shop at sunway mentari. The offer is limited to 3 to 4pm n 7 to 10pm though. Valid up to 11 november.
haha same thoughts but dun think i will be grabbing anything, unless they're cheap the expo item not really catch my attention
depending on the price, i might get 2 or 3 expo kits.. not really sure if i would pull the trigger on MG nu gundam ver KA mechanical ver...or just get the normal edition...
if i got the tools / skills to repaint RG strike freedom inner gold frame, i would get the clear colour version, but since i dont, i dont think i would get it... the stock gold color frame is not "striking" to show the frame...

Pass SD sazabi metalic version is around 80~90. So will be expecting the price around there.
HG kit also should be around 100~140 and MG around RM300++ Expo item in malaysia also more expensive compared to 1 to 1 yen rate transfer.
questions to gundam model kit expert/veteran here. I do not play with model kits much, but i like gundam. The only kit i toy around with was like almost 13 years ago when i was bored and just bought an MG gundam wing endless waltz model. Got it made, and just display it. Couldn't really play much with it as the joints aren't really tight like transformers toys. It felt fragile. Now that more than a decade has passed, I do hope the technology of the gundam kit has advanced where the completed version will be more playable. Gonna check out the gunpla show tomorrow. Wanna ask if I should look for the master grade or the real grade version? I was reading, it seems real grade is more recent, so maybe the quality is better? Considering to get 00 raiser, just not sure RG or MG is better. Also, what are the essential cutter tools i need? Back then all i used was a pair of scissors and my nail cutter.
