Hey guys, starting to get into the MG line and not sure which one to get next? Could anyone recommend a good MG kit that's rm200 or below? Thanks! ^^
P.S. Alrdy hav a MG Unicorn

since you already had unicorn might as well try sinanju, other would be like astray red frame, and most of the early uc lines like rx78-2, zakus and also the 08 troops also under your budget.

if you are able to tolerate below rm300, ver ka series would be a no brainer for you to choose from...

I imagine a MG barbatos will have those cables similar to RG zaku 2's. Oh, the nightmare handling those pieces.

recommend to do some weathering coz its just too big patch of plain area if you leave it like that...

Well a few... the classic RX-78-2, Epyon, Unicorn banshee, Astray Blue, Astray Red. A few examples
*

i would recommend any of these

consider my favorites of all times due to the design only appear for MG (except Sinanju since he doesn't haven transformation gimmick, while Unicorn Hg can't transform) biggrin.gif

Also the amount of details each of them have

Or u might want sinanju stein

p.s: didn't notice the budget doh.gif

Then I would recommend

Strike Gundam ver.RM

has Bandai improved their nub marks on kits compared to earlier MGs? or still the same?

I think if Bandai figure out people can complete a kit much faster if they implement hidden nubs they can actually sell more kits than they currently can because when people complete their kits faster they'll proceed to buy more kits, since sanding takes so much time & effort, it actually can encourage more people in since straight built will look better with hidden nubs.

HG barbatos had a lot of hidden nubs. T
he only problem is when 2 parts joined together.
You need to sand the nubs so that the parts can join nicely

will this ms comes in MG?

Anyone can share how to flight pose the MG Sazabi KA... the manual says to attach the action base connector to the backside... but it can handle the weight.. it'll just droop down after some time, no matter how tighten the screw..

ive seen ppl using crotch adapter to flight pose it... is it stable enough?

doesn't seems to be a problem with my 1st try doing the flight pose, i think u have to try and keep the upper joint as straight as possibleso the weight does not tilt toward front or back
i use a new action base so in that case the screw probably will be tighter.
