Guess what after 4 months, UOB is still following up on this matter despite I already mentioned to the supervisor this was already resolved. Today a lady called me up and said that they valued my feedback, they are sending me a gift to me as a surprise X'mas gift. She just wanted to confirm my delivery address and I will get it by end of this week.

Neither I got from other banks, this is the first time for me.

Of course I have complained to KPDNKK for some merchants and got tonnes of compensation la.
For banks, this is the first time receiving.

Just realized UOB ladies card got 10% cash back at Tesco.
