If I auto charge my celcom bill to uob one card every month, will i get 1% / 2% rebate or it will be treated as other as 0.2%? Kindly advise. Many Thanks.

Was considering to upgrade my UOB One card to UOB One Platinum. Any idea if upgrading of such will maintain the original credit card number of my UOB one card to the new UOB One Platinum? Coz I got my insurance plan tied to the existing UOB One card. Many Thanks.
