sometimes I would purposely walk by and tell them the card they offer is inferior to abc card. and honestly I don't think they give a darn. They just move on to the next 'customer'.

I selected 1 card. Received 2 cards and both cards are wrong. Super lousy agent. I called to cancel and mentioned to CS the reason behind my immediate cancellation.

how can we know the card is approve and how long to wait after the application?

Today i checked and for some weird reason, they did a reversal and instead took 50 from the wrong cc(both cards are mine fyi) and credit it into my original intended destination. wut?

SMS Approval will be send to your phone number usually, if no news, you can call to inquiry whether approved or reject

My piece of advice, call cs and ask for clarification on auto portion of payment. I had this feature turned off so that I have control over which account I wanted to pay to.

I hve uob one classic and vox card… should I keep both? look like the benefit on UOB one is more good?

VOX Card is such a good card. I use it for almost all online transactions as most of the time my transactions are more than RM 50 and I get cash rebate.
Not only that you can use it to pay bills via UOBPayOnline and entitled for 5% cash rebate. Flight tickets as well. Most of these online transactions, other cards won't give cash rebate but UOB VOX gives.

I wish to apply UOB VOX card. Can I apply via UOB internet banking? ( I applied Cimb and may bank cc via Internet banking before). I have one UOB cc currently.
*i am lazy to apply via branch because they usually request lots of documents and at the mean time they will push for loan, investment etc. ROadshow is somethings like when you don't want , it appear. When you want, it never turn up.

I applied mine via online too, a lady from UOB called me on the next working day.
However, I got my card about 3 weeks after that.

if you do always make online transaction

i cancel UOB one, because i dont use much petrol, 3 weeks RM70 like that
i apply for VOX, i use it for Astro, Maxis, Unifi, and other online transaction e.g.Lazada (first page got some successful online transaction can refer) so i opt for VOX

5% means Astro, Maxis, Unifi GST 6% will become 1% cover back some small fees lol
