Hi guys got a question here,

So i got UOB One Card and UOB plat together,
when i interbank transfer to the plat card, i check my cc statement and saw that the transfer went into the One Card acc.

And yes i double checked the cc numbers from the receipts and im very sure i did the transfer to the plat card.

Is this some sort of error? or do they share an account?? sifus pls advise

This is one of the issued when come to payment

So you need to keep track on your Payment. I will checked after few days to ensure the outstanding balance of each card has settle, no idea why auto transfer to another card although you are transfer correctly, we have discussed few pages early regarding this matter...

Therefore, I planning to cancel one of the card which is unused card for me

i'm not sure where to ask this question but it's somehow related to UOB.

I made a TNB bill payment via uobpay online, SMS TAC sent to my phone and I keyed in the TAC. website show successful but when I view history payment there's nothing there.

Normal when I made any payment online, after key in TAC and payment processed, I will received a SMS notified me that your payment was successfullywith amount charge to my CC but this time it has nothing. Is this normal for UOBpayonline?

Yes, if all are paid via UOBPayOnline. smile.gif
For TM can also pay via TM Portal and Maxis can also pay via Maxis Pay. These channels also entitled for 5% cash rebate.

does it matter which credit card I use? now the problem is with uobpayonline behavior. by the way, I'm using citibank cc to pay. The payment I made didn't appear in payment history although after I key in the TAC and it show payment successfully paid.

it may take few hours or up to one day for it to be processed by uob. you will receive an sms from your credit card banker and an email from payonline when it is processed.

base on my experience, payonline takes up to 24-48 hours to process occasionally ESP during weekends. SMS notification is from the bank who issue your cc. It has nothing to do with payonline. Some bank won't SMS you at all. Hopes it clear your question.

FYI, citibank only send sms for retail purchase If above 200/500 depending limit you set at citibank online. If you wish to receive sms for RM 1 and above, belive you might need use other card which offer this service.

Which credit card are you using that provide you with SMS when the payment at uobonline is processed?

I have set RM1 as transaction threshold for my cards but my experience is those which you need to input TAC will not send any SMS later on for that transaction.

It processed my payment after a day and I received the SMS from citibank. Transaction made at UOBpayonline consider an online payment which require TAC, bank will send SMS on every successful online transaction.

thanks everyone.
