Noted a louder noise on the first startup in the morning, RPM at around 1100. Idle later in the day is about 800.

owhhh..so they really didnt put the "handling by lotus" logo anymore.. perhaps after proton sold to geely.... now they call it as "handling by proton" if i not mistaken.

I'm thinking of upgrading the stock headlight bulbs to the best road legal halogen bulbs. Now considering Philips X-treme Vision Plus +130% or Racing Vision +150% for low beam.
How about high beam then? I rarely use it so probably won't put the expensive high performance bulbs. Any recommendation other than OEM bulbs?

When I put my car into reverse, the usual reverse sensor beeping not working normally.

Instead is gives a continuous long beep (alike an object is very close) but actually nothing is there

What could be the issue?

I am having this problem as well. i noticed if put it in D mode and let it go without pedaling, my steering is straight center on straight road. once i step on the accelerator, i need to adjust steering slightly (about 10degree) to the right. is this similar to the issue u described on the tie rod?

p/s: so far, my tires wear n tear is perfectly normal. no uneven wear can be noticed.

correct, as per image.

S mode will lock gear in higher RPM and higher pedal response.
but got a lot of negative damage as experienced by using it, now i'm staying away from using it.

ECU tuning or Remapping which pushes your engine beyond stock setting might also be a factor to faster weardown of parts.

when does one use S mode? climbing hill? accelarate?

why not just use flappy pedal shifter? 
if signal can switch off once you flip the stick back, it's plastic broken inside steering wheel/signal stick.
either open up steering and glue or SC....

if signal cannot switch off regardless of stick position, then gg electrical problem

hi, plan to get a used car. tempted to get suprima s year 2017. quick check at mudah less than rm30k.

reading quite a bit on preve issues. did suprima have same issue? or proton already improve their qc for suprima.
my main concern:
1. cvt
2. och
3. aircon relay (fusebox design fail)

any thought?

did proton make any refinement on 2017 preve/suprima compare to 2016?
