just repaired... he said somethings about the screw or nuts.. haha.. not sure! anyway, its back and fully functional now.. can ride in confidence now!! haha..
*
but in the first place why dint you check your breks after the foreman has finished fixing your bike ?
well... glad to hear the eveything is ok now... did you see what he did ?
because the nut and screw can be on the pump or the caliper... if pump means is the high -low calibration adjusted to your own likeness... if the nut & screw on the caliper means there is air in the brek line....

but anyway. now it is fine... so... happy riding. rclxms.gif

anyone mod hid b4? mind to share?
*
i dont think it is hard to mod HID to bikes! the only problem is to make sure that the light (HID) is focusing on the road. It is alo hard to mod the light socket to match it to the HID base. sweat.gif It take time !

i got check and tested it...it seems fine.. until i drove few kilometers away..then started to feel weird, then it stucks!! damn!
samor, i changed the brake pad for the back tyres.. he didnt even screw it properly, the nuts almost came out ade..thank god ther is a guy who saw it while im in the motor shop.. he told me and i ask them to screw it back properly for me! if not, i really dont know what will happen next!

i changed the engine oil also.. now it feels better and sounds better! it cost rm21 here, half synthetic.. forget brand d, gold color bottle! haha..
*
it could the calibattion is too high... when the calibration is too high for disk brek... if will be rubbing on the disk plate.. then when the brek become hot.. it will jammed..

my modified my rear to disk brek. So i calibrate the pump to be as high as possible. Then ... after riding for more than 20 kilometers.... my brek jammed ! So when i loosen it... not too high... until now no problem at all !

The purpose for me putting so high is because when i take corner at fast speed. .the brek pedal wont touch the road and disable me to brek ! i m using EX5 .. so some of you guys might know what i mean. Bikes like RG... RXZ .. TZM... TXR wont have this problem because their brek padel is high above .

wow.. that is dangerous... if you take corner at fast speed.. your might lost control of your bike when the nut is not screwed propely. Which motor shop did you go to ? blacklist the shop ! mad.gif

tak makan battery meH...

that why i think have to chage the rectifier to a bigger one... provide faster battery charging. If your motor battery compartment is big enough.. you might want to think of putting bigger battery into your motor.

you cant ! because you need a balast to power up the bulb. the socket also is different ! you need the whole system. you cant just buy the bulb alone

that is the choke ! new design carburator is like that ! easier for people to turn it on insteed of bending into the white-board to turn it on ! The new one just using cable straight to the left hand bar of your motorbike handle !

i want to ask about the clutch of motor. i want to make my motor clutch harder. i from setapak n where can i do it.?? it cost how much?? when i go into gear one sometime it stuck at the middle of neutral n gear one. that mean i need to change clutch piece??
*
you can go to sentul.. quite near from setapak...

in your case.. your clutch need tunning ! if still cannot.. then you might need to change the clutch plate. If you want your clutch to be harder.. then put in harder springs. Go to the spare part motor shop.. they will advide you more !... normally they will ask you to put in racing springs !

hai, its me again, i want to ask 2 simple questions:-

1. the moto oil, they call it black oil, how long u need to reservice it if u travel 10km a day?

2. we need to keep the front lights on during the day?

3. How about the battery? or sparkplug, anything else nd to service regularly?
*
1) if you travel 10 KM everday.. then it better change your oil every month 10km x 30days= 300 KM only !
it really depends on which type of oil that you are using ... if you dont move much.. then it is fine . Normlly people change oil between 2000 KM to 4000KM ( depending on motor oil)

the more frequent you change your oil of course is better.

2) it is the law of keeping the motor head light "on" when riding no matter daytime or at night !

3) Battery.. ? you only need to add battery water ! normally good battery will last you few years depends on how you use the bike.

plugs... not necessary to change one... what you see in the shop that ... most of the shop will ask you to change the plug when changing the oil ( black oil) / lubricant. WHY ? make money purpose only ! you still can use the old plug ! one plug can last you very long . at least 1 year !

i havent change my splitfire plug for more than 2 years already.. believe me or not ? and my bike is still in perfect running condition. NOw the bike in the garage because i m in switzerland.. hehe

well. nothing much to service regulaly compared to cars ! rclxub.gif

But i heard they say if put spring will make my bike pickup more strong....??
Can it? and how much to do that?

Put spring better or change racing clutch better?
*
well.. it is true... but in Yamaha bikes.. you dont need to do so .. as the clutch is good enough. It is not that expensive to do it. Definately less than Rm 50

btw, planning to change my tyres.....any recommendation or suggestion for normal tyres..? not tubeless one....currently, i'm planning to put dunlop tt900 for my front and rear...and for those who had experience on tt900 tyres...how was it?
*
what is your budget like ? 17 inch rims ? if money not a matter.. then go for Bridgestone, or Pirelli

if you want to buy dunlop TT900... want good performance one... get MADE IN JAPAN one... the price now i dont know how much... long time no update... last time was RM 275 ( one tyre)

* your bike handling will be damn good ! even riding during rain time. I have been told that Pirelli was very lasting also and very good performance !

jz budget tyre la....but as my friend told me, if put tt900, if alwiz fetch ppl will puncture easy?
*
then you can get bigger size TT 900 ... example 80/90 ... if you get the 70/90... sure very easy puncture. Get bigger size ..then should be no problem.

why dont you try using Michelin M45 ... quite good or Michelin Pilot series thumbup.gif
