suddenly my celcom no service on my phone. anyone here also having the issue? i am at KL Sentral area

Celcom always like that. I'm at Jalan Tun Razak. Near KLCC lot. Line full bar. But no connection. Such a disappointment.

Yes, even after 12 Feb, we still pay RM79 + GST forever... I mean, it's no harm to sign-up now with their new number prefix-011. We can test thoroughly at home, office and shopping malls, mamak stalls, everywhere, so that we know how good the coverage and performance are. If not happy, simply terminate.

maybe upgrading on towers or rebooting the hardware..

this is more apparent here in my place (town area, tawau, sabah)
like cookie la, full LTE wont load whatsapp
tried airplane mode, then off airplane mode will resolve this problem usually

if register before deadline, pay RM79+ only once, then no need to pay anymore, forever after.

now having prob sending and receiving sms.. it works fine yesterday noon..

I'm having problem receiving call. I can send SMS out but not in. I can CALL out but not in. Can surf with 4G/4G+ somemore...

right. i can surf without prob too... I just gave the SC a call.. hope they can fix it soon.

Are they doing some major upgrading? Previously I received SMS from Celcom to inform on their upgrading work on which date a few times. But this time langsung not getting anything from them.

im having same issue too from yesterday, can call out but not receiving on 4G (iPhone 5). But my another phone (Note3) with same line package can receive & call out on 4G.

Temp solution for me is to switch it to 3G on my iPhone 5. not sure is my iPhone problem or celcom

mana tahu bila balik kirije, celcom al go bonkers until midnight.

My mom's line got the same problem, can cal but cant received a call, instead automatically send to voicemail.

by 6:40 the problem already fixed.

Previously called Celcom regarding RM45 First Blue(used 1 year plus d) plan promotion, 5gb weekday internet + 5GB weekend internet.
Will last till December 2016. This month they still give me 5gb instead of 2gb again.....is this going to be long term?

But the upgraded entitlement of FiRST Blue 45 itself is "permanent" until either Celcom decide to replace entitlements or you decide to terminate (MNP, switch to another plan, or stop altogether), whichver comes first.
