No need to wait for sms from celcom..what i did was, call 1111, tell them want to upgrade to rm45 package, the 10gb one, just tell u receive sms...in my case i told them ive deleted the sms but still remember the content, read out the shared sms content

dafaq... after calling celcom, celcom cut off my current mobile network. no more EDGE/3G/4G internet.
but the CS did says it will take 24-48hrs for the transition. does that mean no internet for me for the next 2 days?

When I send SMS 28882 :

Wow...thats wierd...coz you are supposed to be able to use normally based on yr current plan while it is in transition..maybe its celcom signal problem?..as for me, it only takes around 5hours to change...i called at 2pm, got in 5+5 at 7pm the same day...(its during working day btw)...maybe you should called them up again

called last night. celcom said their system is down. can only check bill status. that's all.


When I checked the Celcom OCS, all the info inside is deleted. No phone number, no plan, nothing.

that happens during maintenance period. met that before. try again an hour after.

I logged in OCs again. It does show my old RM38 3GB plan. But I can't use the internet & can't make any phone call.

What's wrong with celcom..
Its getting bad to worse nowadays
If this goes on longer, expect them to lose customers

Issue finally solved. Finally got the SMS from Celcom last night at 10pm. Now able to online.
Phew. It took 4 days (working and PH days) for this plan transition. Missed out all the CNY communications.

What package is that ?

regarding the +5GB weekend internet, is it divided to 1.25GB per week?
based on the sms (when checking quota), it seems like it. that means we can't download 2GB of data on a weekend unless consuming the weekdays data.

1.25 per weekend... divide by sat and sun..
