the device is with the celcom first 38 plan ( you can carry forward unused data (3gb+ (carryforward max 3gb)gb + 3g wifi + 50 free minute + 50 free sms + free movie ) = monthly rm48 (until device finish* unconfirm)
the other is one pkan which have ( no carry forwatd (2gb+1gb 60free minute and 60 free sms ) = monthly rm48 ( the ori plan rm68 - rm20 )

you want data the best is the one plan
just sell of the phone or use it as a back up.

The one plan isnt bad no carry forward and it has extra 10 min / 10 sms.

For me i will opt for the first 38 ( more benefit(s))
