QUOTE(azhar75 @ Jan 5 2017, 04:27 AM) Just called 1111. thanks for details info.RM45 5+5 promo is extended till 28 Feb 2017. [attachmentid=8359276] However...... vs. the legacy RM38, the new RM45 5+5 has a few drawback: 1) "Extra" call and SMS is 20 sen (Legacy was 15 sen originally). 2) Balance of 5+5 cannot carry forward to next billing cycle. (Legacy allowed 3GB max forwarding). Still got time to evaluate ... New deadline is 28th Feb.... however better for me to get the phone data than this Celcom Wifi |

QUOTE(enviro @ Feb 7 2017, 09:12 AM) Ported out to umobile. Tested the UM P98 plan for 3 months and found it ok. It is as good as unlimited for me and cost the same as 8gb I normally use on the basic 38 plan with 5gb top up. Best. Can YouTube until battery flat. And you can make ur phone hotspot and lets others also view YouTube since it is unlimited |

Kinda waste that the rm45 offer cannot convert the 5gb weekend to slot in to weekday. Even if we have to pay extra rm10 as per celcom rm80.
Make myself thinking to either jump to umobile 98 since utube is unlimited or webe (afraid about its speed) |

QUOTE(tungfunglaw @ Apr 15 2017, 11:33 AM) Indeed Good job. Last time i keep charged for mms to my celcom no. One mms do cost me about rm1- rm2.50. Usually about rm15-18 per month charges for that mms. Just got a rebate after making the complaint at MCMC. I wonder why would cilcom wanna go thru all these hassle over and over again. Do call celcom careline, they said it not under celcom, so no help. End up complaint at MCMC, get back all mms claimed for 3 months bills. Up until now, no more that mms. Great MCMC for backup consumers. |

i am a celcom pospaid this package user back in 2016. then I change to U mobile for unlimited data, so i have paid all bills/outstanding amount required for that change.
todays, 2019, when I am planning to change to Unifi Mobile, the online said i still owe Celcom another RM52. I already mentioned to Celcom CS that how it is possible since when change from Celcom - UMobile, I need to settle all the bill. another problem, Celcom cannot send me bill/invoices mentioned about the RM52 outstanding. Already make a report to SKMM online, but still unresolved. |

QUOTE(westlife @ Dec 18 2019, 10:05 AM) when you switch telco, celcom never send you final bill meh? or u never check ur final bill? Obviously celcom already check it prior to port out. And final bill was stated of how much need to paid b4 port out. I paid it at celcom outlet. You might be on zero outstanding balance therefore you could switch to umobile at the time of switch. However, ur bill date maybe later and unbilled transaction may yet to be billed until the final bill was out and it could be the reason of the outstanding. Then they will refund the advance 1st month bill deduct any outstanding amount if any. Now they said have other amount balance need to paid but will never give me the invoice or bill to verify it.
