If there is customs problem how do we have so many US juices in the current mushrooming vape shops. I believe its all depending on the courier service that used to send the items.

For instance, DHL HK doesnt ship to malaysia because they dont want give pocket money to the customs (i made the reason up but yeah cant get things through here, according to DHL HK agent).

So if the site/company does provide shipping worldwide, i dont think there will be a problem

Safety , if you cloud chase , would be the mod amd battery . If you are using a regulated device make sure your build is not too low , it might fry your chip .
