Looking at the pictures, i think 3 storey ekocheras shopping mall shall be located from LG, G to L1.

L2 should be included as mall area, but not sure how they use it ....
I know some L2 buyers were also asked to "return/surrender" the booked units back in 2013...

Thanks for the update Jagalat. Just to compare the progress photo that u took 3 months ago versus today...

1. From G level currently progressing to L2 on the core lift

2. Slab has some works done till G level.

SOHO starts from level 3 onwards. Once they started to construct the SOHO, things will be clearer how would they meet the construction schedule.

However looking at the picture, very unlike the mall completion by end of 2017.

Dont think so they can complete the mall by end of 2017. please note that the other said of the proposed shopping mall still no piling and foundation yet as per the shared pictures.

If they wanna get the mall building completed first, ie all the basement parking levels up to L2 should be constructed and jointed. This required allocation of full resources around the clock in full cruise. So still have slim chance.

Yes, the rear part of office building or the Blks L and M site still have yet shown pile caps...

My understanding, if I got it right, the Soho, service apartment or the highrise part will continue the construction progress while the mall in operational...

Thx for the info...not aware they build the pedestrian walkway this wide... If the pedestrian walkway is to be air-conded then it will pull crowd to the mall....

So it is question of insurance premium offered by seller

From the propery perspective, to be honest if you think it will be abandoned, you shouldn't buy it regardless how is the option looks like.
