BlkJ... Taken on Sunday afternoon.
For bottom, do you see the extended b3 cement floor?
For top, see more cemented pillars towards G floor...

Why buy eco cheras so expensive and it is further from KL city centre compared to this newly launched project call The Sky Residence at Shamelin directly opposite the Shamelin Star Service Residence and somewhere neat Maluri MRT station. Nearer to town around 5km only and ikea cheras around 3km. There 2r2b 604sqft only selling at rm357k which is much more value for future capital appreciation as it falls under the same vicinity with kl properties price

Great..my doubt is cleared.....That is the last small plot of land between the awanapuri and the convent...
wonder all this while what this land will become.
It will add more footfall to EKC mall.

Is this new project Freehold? Looking forward to receiving more info if possible. Thanks Patchay boss.

Friend, u cant just compared like this.
Fh vs lh
Surrounding neigbourhood...shamelin area not really a kl gangham area.
Do u know how tiny is 600sq to have 2b2b? How big is each bedroon?
How iconic is both projects? U cant just base on absolute selling price NOW.
Mall vs no mall...although at this stage we are not sure how well ekocheras can pull off the mall.
Integrated vs non integrated projects....premium is usually levied on integrated project.
