Congratulations! some said lad payment is a subsidy from the developer. If you don't sign, they won't bank in.

If developer give full payment as snp terms, some buyers will ask for more. It is natural for developer to offer less first. Some buyers will agree to developers initial offer. At worst, developer just pay as in snp. Developer has nothing to loss but gain.

I think H2O is a classic case for this. All the buyers were offered half the amount by Titijaya and quite a number actually accepted it.

They didn't stated what amount, but asking bank info for bank in the Lad. If we give, later when they bank in less the lad amount we suppose to received, we will have a hard time to chase those outstanding as they can said we have accepted the compensation with the amount they bank in.

Two weeks it was not open. The escalators to the cinema is not blocked. But the renovation boards have been removed.

GSC logo being put up on the wall last week.

Haven't checked it this week.

Others can comment too...

Guess it maybe miss the worldwide opening time for Averager NGame

EKO boss have close relationship with PRC companies and hopefully can attract more PRC compaies setup at Eko office area..
