My guess is that ccc only be granted after the linking bridge at top floor is constructed... So have to wait for blkH.

U didnt see the progression pixs by jagalat meh?

Dunno where or how the pixs were taken.....they need to sell bumo units now....perhaps still got plenty of units...therefore nees to build show unit to entice buyers..

Typical lah for developers....when sales were good...they dun care abt show unit de.

Info from chat group, those pictures are taken from the mock up unit at the site. Purpose is to train/explain to workers/sub-cons/staffs on what/where/how to install the items so they follow the guidelines...

As the site is still under construction, the mock up unit is not open to public. No info if it will be opened to public in future.

Why then they install the fan and all the downlights which are not in the spa??????

They do it to push the bumi lots lah
