My guess is that ccc only be granted after the linking bridge at top floor is constructed... So have to wait for blkH.

U didnt see the progression pixs by jagalat meh?

Dunno where or how the pixs were taken.....they need to sell bumo units now....perhaps still got plenty of units...therefore nees to build show unit to entice buyers..

Typical lah for developers....when sales were good...they dun care abt show unit de.
