CIMB CR and pay using PosOnline, 2.12% service charge.

Ok.. I will try with POS online as I have CIMb CR readily available.
Is it confirmed that CIMB will logged this as internet transaction.
Last time I try with UOB payonline, but it still put under telekom... maybe pos online will be different
Keep finger crossed.

PosOnline = Yes
UOBPayOnline = No
Above scenario is for CIMB CR. You may refer to CIMB thread.

Thanks for your info... I read that there is a capping of RM12 for 1000 to 1499, so in total only get 1.2%?

Seriously not really a good card as it earns 1.2% to 3.4% based on spending range.

1. Annual Income: About RM95K

2. Free Lifetime Annual Fee: No

3. Card required for: Cashback. My monthly expenses are
Petrol RM300
Grocery RM500
TnG RM100 (This can be under grocery since I usually top up at Jaya Grocer)
Telco RM150
Dining RM200-400

4. Existing credit cards if any: HLB Wise, MBB 2 cards, Ikhwan Mastercard

5. Looking at CC from: HLB Mach, CIMB Cashback, PBB VS?

6. Others: I'll keep on using ikhwan for petrol and grocery, but would like to find another card for telco and dining. Would like PBB VS but my income is just under 100k, and that's including bonuses. Is HLB mach (dining + telco) a good card, or is there a better card for petrol, grocery, dining and telco?

unless u are eligible for PBB VS, that's the best you can do, for the time being.

if you're willing to wait a bit longer, wait for forumers to feedback on UOB YOLO card. we're still waiting for the jackpot answer whether uobpayonline is tagged as "online" category under YOLO.

downside for YOLO is to use at least RM800 to hit the RM50 cb tier.
