This particular unit has nice klcc view...if other development would have charge extra for that...got give water heater too..

But the exposed toilet and air cond pipe , i would agree with rooftopprince...

I have the same feeling too.no offense to the buyers here but it looks abit low flat-ish..come on this is jinjang and not real Kepong Kepong side.someone just said want to rent it out 2k.for now maybe hard, 2 years later maybe ok but still if people knew such condition better rent the enesta privates ones or those near Kepong baru mrt (unio or Three33)—which look a lot better than this. Hopefully the private ones look much better. Else GG.

Well we're not like you T40 group who can pay 90k for rumawip dp.. we are the first house buyer and we fight for our right... We demand proper finishing not half a** finishing... KK buyer were lucky because UEM Sunrise provide them with high quality finishing (we will see that in few years) according to you... For us we are unlucky we have to fight for ourself, fyi last time developer didn't even provide us with 3 tier security until we email and complaint to them...

If there’s a bridge connected over to jinjang mrt that will be better. Next year first half gonna finish but full ones need be in 2022.😉

That’s why kepong baru mrt is better. Got a nice bridge constructed good for rimbunan and kepong baru nearby condos.
