Kiara Kasih I bought just for try but got it..Haha.. I paid 90K for DP..

Ayoo.. 80% of rumawip at RM300K price... Some rumawip RM169-230K because they didn't do some optional requirement..you can read dasar rumawip at KPKT or rumawip website.

u got what u paid bro.. I involve in costing for Kiara Kasih.. we don't take any profit for rumawip as it is CSR.. Government just waived certain things, nothing much..

Rumawip, RM300K with basic facilities and basic finishing..

as far as i know, enesta kepung is above par already for rumawip.. better than sky awani, pandan mas finishing..

Please remember, enesta kepong only 254 unit, means that developer only have RM76.2 million budget only.. very little for high rise.. but they manage to do well.. Even nowadays we have bankrupt developer like Enigma for Rumah Selangorku.

KL address, walkable to MRT, Pool, gym, security, 3 lift.. wow, far far exceed expectation ady..

Just wait for your VP.. Inspect your house accordingly and ask developer to repair for any defect during DLP..

Look at the condos nearby. They put

1)East parc@manjalara
2)vim3 Manjalara

Or sometimes even market as desa park city north. Why don’t they use vim3 Kepong or East parc@kepong. Most probably(I maybe wrong,personal opinion here) manjalara has the more “atas” name or even desa park north even more “atas”-er name

Haha.. Do you thing they use kepONG name because it is better than Jinjang. for me, both name are equally low tier.. so, doesnt matter.. It's not premium name like Mont Kiara, Dutamas, Wangsa Maju etc.. It's just KepONG, like BalakONG, puchONG, low tier place name.. So, Jinjang or Kepong, doesn't matter..

Just inspect your house after VP and claim your rights as buyer of this affordable housing.. Make sure the finishing properly done.. Otherwise, developer need to rectify..
