1、 是墓群还是单一:
如果是墓群,那基本可以判定为不吉。因为墓群的阴气过重,一般的家庭是无法承受那么重的阴气影响的。
2、 距离远近:
如果坟墓离住宅50米内,一般是不吉。如果在300米以外,影响比较小。如果在500米以外,则可以忽略不计了。
3、 在住宅哪个方位:
一般坟墓在住宅后方,尤其是后方有山坡,坟墓在山坡上方的,则问题不大。如果坟墓在住宅的前方或开门之处的,那基本可以判定为不吉。如果在其它方位,则要视具体情况。
4、 是否有人祭拜:
如果坟墓还有子孙每年祭拜,则问题不大。如果坟墓多年无人祭拜,则不吉。
5、 坟主家族是否兴旺:
如果坟主家族富贵,人丁兴旺,则较吉,这可以说明住宅所在之地应该是福旺之地。相反,则大凶。
6、 别墅还是高层楼:
如果自己的住宅是高层楼,则没有关系。毕竟高层楼住户众多,阳气充足。单一坟墓的阴气影响不大。
7、 旧坟还是新坟:
需要考虑这种情况的,多在乡镇农村。如果先有坟墓后建宅,则无关紧要。如果先有住宅后建坟,那则是阴入阳地,人不安,不吉。

Actually booked out is a wrong term. Sold out totally wrong term as well.
Everyone is just taking up a queue number. You are not allow to choose any units yet.

And yes, everyone of course will be aiming for the cheapest unit. so called price after rebate at 430k. 916 sqft. only got like less than 50 units. larger units offering 3 rooms as well so not worth it as no layout diversity. many investors will be buying so why taking a larger unit when it is hard to compete with 916 sqft (and even with RUMAHWIP 803 sqft) for rental later on.

Expecting many to be pulling out later because only left with limited choice. do not count your chickens before they hatch mydavidng.

Kepong infected deeply by pak hitam already. Just go to Desa Aman Puri or Suria Kipark (Wangsa Permai) there. You will feel that you are in African country. Not Malaysia. Cyberjaya, Damansara, Cheras and Puchong as well. They are like disease spreading out to places where supply > demand.

Better compare Enesta vs the Trinity project. Both like totally opposite each other in term of comparison.

Leasehold & Commercial vs Freehold & Residential
MRT is nearer vs MRT further but you got AEON mall
PSF slightly cheaper vs PSF slightly higher but got 2 car park

You have to be there to feel the aura. Distance is near mind you. And plus the size of the HTC tiang. You will have sleepless night if you buy without going to the site to see for yourself.

Best is to go to the site to judge for yourself. Nearby is one thing, the size of the pillars is another thing.
Last check all queue numbers taken. You can try your luck by queuing in the waiting list.
