Yes 10 years lock in for sale starting from date sign SPA. Assuming this project construction period will take 4 years meaning that 6 years after completion you are free to sell already.

To rent out instead of own stay will need to pandai-pandai. Even now you can check and see Residensi Rampai (800 sqft) rumahwip owner start renting out. So 4 years from now with so many rumahwip around I highly doubt the authority able to handle or monitor.

Not sold out in 2 weeks time. Better put it as queue numbers booked out. Maybe can still queue at waiting list. Who knows.
With #160, by then you will be left with limited choices reaching your turn. is like more than 50% units taken. of course good units will be left none.
So those back numbers queue will probably pulled out from purchasing in the end.

RUMAWHIP Enesta is not apartment. It is condo with 1 level dedicated with facilities.
Lol and is less unit per floor as well compare to normal sales Enesta. Number of lifts the same.

All no balcony for RUMAHWIP.

For normal sales, the cheapest and smallest sqft all no balcony as well. With balcony add about 100 sqft. Worth it?

Actually more than 35k additional with balcony. Around 45k extra with VS without balcony.
