according to s&p 2nd schedule, list of services:
1. collection of refuse
2. security
3. cctv (car park area only)
4. common area landscape maintenance
5. common area cleaning
6. common area mgmt
7. common mechanical & electrical works mgmt

Yea, then should at least have CCTV in the car park. For the security, it is very general and didnt mention about automated security access.

Then i should get my snp and check it out then.

do update here if anyone visit mock up unit. tired to liaise with sales prsn

I have checked with sales person 2 days ago, he said that the mock unit will be ready after Chinese new year and it will be located at level 9.
