But low floor means your parking lot will be higher, like 6-7 floors.
Then you have to round round round so many floors before you can park your car.

after parking straight away get stair to level 9, because parking at level 7.

I'm ok with that 7 floor ok lah.

u will get use after u went brem mall, oso pusing many rounds only can park. better than park low zone, then wait lift till mushrooming... worse when lift break down
btw car park floors got 2 floors for each lvl kot, eg. lvl 1, lvl 1a....

dun get another ct card if they offer unless can get life time service tax (rm25/card) waiver.

what I heard from the sales is, 1 month they are rushing 3 floor around Jan 2020 can take key already... damn fast.. and RUMAWIP dont have access card but stupid kayu guard sit there and we are paying same amount of maintenance fees RM0.33 per sf which is RM 265 per month.
