After some researches i have decided to try nvdia this time and i got myself Palit GTX980 Jetstream.
Able to max out almost all of my games. Just GTAV and Witcher 3 can't max out if want to achieve 60fps
You play the games at 1080p?
Witcher 3 = you can adjust the hairwork settings with latest 1.07 patch.
Hairworks = on for all
Hairworks AA = reduce to 4X or 2x ( even none AA?)
Hairworks preset = Low
(Rest of setting = all ultra except population set to low, population low means max npc character in town is 75 at a time)
With my GTX 970, I notice when I turned the hairwork preset from low to high, GPU usage increases from 73% to 99% (HWK.AA. at 4x).
I overclocked my GTX970 to base clock of 1321Mhz (boost up to 1500+mhz) and VRAM effective clock of 8000Mhz which technically equivalent to stock GTX 980.
Now, you should know by now witcher 3 cutscene is rendered at 30fps by default (developer decision), go to My Document-->Witcher 3-->open "user" with notepad-->Add MovieUbersampling=false under [Visuals] section and change MovieFramerate=60. Ubersampling kills the framerate hard during cutscene.
As for GTA V = antialiasing set to TXAA 4X (MSAA 4X, turn on TXAA), Extended Distance Scaling sets to 70%, Grass quality set to high (very high and ultra tanks the fps too much), Post FX sets to High (cant see anything different with high vs ultra), Reflection Quality sets to high (ultra merely does extra calculation which doesnt contribute much to visual)
