But I don't know if it is a driver or BIOS issue, since drivers don't get loaded until Windows is started. Could well be a BIOS issue.

Are you using a Z68 motherboard?

Pascal or Polaris, bet the price will be high when it comes out. That's why I decided not to wait and just plonked on 3 year old GTX 970 technology early this year. I'm pinning my hope that future games can fully utilize DirectX 12 better API for better game performance. 6X more draw-calls than DirectX 11. Better multi-core CPU support, VRAM stacking and the one I really want to see is Explicit Multi-Adapter Cross-SLI (maybe I marry off my GTX-970 with Radeon R9 290). So instead of team red or green, we all can be team orange.

Its possible now, just whether game developers wants to incorporate that or not. Already Ashes of Singularity comes with EMA built-in. If more DirectX 12 games are built like that, pretty soon, we all be swapping Nvidia and AMD cards around. Made me kinda regret selling my R9 290 Tri-X now. Battlefield 5 already rumored to have minimum Windows 10 to run, bet its new Frostbite 4 Engine is built ground up for DirectX 12 only

Just bought Palit GTX750TI from lowyat for a reasonable price.
Decided to take a safe step, download the 362.00 driver instead of the newly WHQL 364.51...

hi guys my brother's hd6950 temperature sensor is broken and he is looking for a new card, do u think is it wise to buy at 970 at this point of time ?

when are the new cards coming out ?

hmm buy buy buy...x80 titan.. although i think sweet spot will be two x280 titan.. that should conquer 4k@60....

x380 titan should conquer 4k on a single card.....

so expecting 8k gaming soon... either than or some dx12 graphic fidelity feature to bring all gpu down to the ground again.

so with distro markup.. we know asus will be priced at rm5k with gst.
