But seriously the windmill damn fake. Even my cousin agrees with me. Doesnt look as good as what shown in paper Somehow credit must go to the marketing team, manage to pull a huge crowd to this event and make it look like a theme park and cause massive jam in semenyih for the past 2 weekends.

I went there after 2pm, jam 1 hour to go in and 1 hour to get out, without going down for the event, just too many visitor.

Don't think will go for this coming weekend event.

I was there around 12 pm bringing my cousin to check it out. I saw plenty of cars park at the first roundabout during that time and people start walking. I was like wtf....this people willing to park and walk almost 1.5km (I checked the distance from the welcome center to the first roundabout from east gate)  Somehow I manage to park close to the welcome center and thus, short distance of walking. The hot afternoon was unbearable and we left after 30 mins checking out the park. My cousin with kids on stroller had difficulty even to check the demo house due to the large crowds. And it took us another 40 mins to goto broga for lunch. I make a mistake and should have taken the Bandar academia roads to leads toward broga instead of via the normal jalan semenyih. That would have cut down the time to perhaps 20 mins.

Seriously just cant wait for EH to open up the links to ease the traffic.

Sam gor, is SEH fiber ready? Means unifi/maxis home fiber can apply for those VP units.

Sorry not able to capture a bird's eye view. So can't compare head-to-head. Nonetheless, even at ground level we can see a big difference as compared to artist impression. Next time, when all tai kors drive thru the roundabout, take a slow drive and see the difference.

Allow me to differ cos even at ground level, we can enjoy the beautiful roundabout. IMO, I certainly think that there are many area of improvements which EW should take note.

Any tai kors notice the tiles that are used in front of sales gallery? Those are the European styled tiles that should be used at the roundabout.

The ECH Link not go directly to EM but need to go up the roundabout and take 2nd exit down towards EM again.

By comparing on psf basis, Mellowood is about 5% higher vis-a-vis Merrydale and 10% higher than Cradleton, by taking the largest unit of each precint for comparison / reference (diff footprint though).  If the trend persist, you may expect the similar % increase for the other 2 types.

For Mellowood Parkhomes, the selling point is the "dual frontage". The living hall is facing 20ft internal garden (with 10ft verendah) and followed by 30ft liner garden. At the back is the 20ft gateless car porch (and pillar-less in the middle for ease of parking). There are terrace feel whereby the frontage part (living hall side) is higher than  the opposing unit.
