Launch date: end 2015 / early 2016 (tentative)

Harmoni - medium cost apartment, next to Karisma (Karisma is in between Harmoni & Simfoni) - RM300k (tentative) - built-up: 900 sf - 900 units in 2 blocks - 1 block: 28 units with 4 lifts per floor - 1 block: 18 units with 3 lifts per floor - 2 car parks (likely 1 open space + 1 covered) - 3 bedrooms + 2 bathrooms - Facilities: shall be similar with Karisma - Perimeter fencing & guarded - Security features: tak tau lagi...
Launch date: end 2015 / early 2016 (tentative) Note: not sure whether Karisma or Harmoni will be launched on the tentative date.

One interesting thing found out from the Simfoni ground breaking ceremony - it was reported that the 1st batch of the commercial will be ready to handover in 2H2016! It means Ivoris will be ready by then! This post has been edited by Jasoncat: Sep 20 2015, 08:36 PM
