I do share the same view on the prospect of the commercials in EM and SEH but I still have reservations on the location of the commercial units (Brighton) EM going to launch, more so when they price it higher than Ivoris which appears to me more suitably located. I have limited bullets - if to invest commercials in a already successful area, very likely it is beyond my capacity. So, commercials in a rather new township which I have strong conviction of its potential is a more possible choice for me.
Relatively, 3-storey shophouses at RM1.8M seems a better deal vis-a-vis RM1.7M of 2-storey. Having said that, I still think that 2-storey is enough in Semenyih.
Seremban 2 - Plazo, when they launched, have you thought about it? The next launch heard very likely next year...
