Well, it's better to go for the latest custom firmware (V3.52 M33-2), in my opinion.

(I'm also interested in doing PSP programming, but I'm too damn busy to start with. )

Hi guys, just want to tell you that I've bought my PSP system! woohoo!
Bought a white one, hard case cover, 4GB MSD and 3.52 M33 (i think it's the first version).

A few brief questions:
Are there any internet browsers for the PSP which actually parse CSS tags?
Aaa... what more can I do with PSP (aside playing games)? I'm like sooo excited right now... hehehe...

I've been considering the recently announced PSP slim..
Wonder if I should get it or get a PSP again but in another color..
I sold my current black PSP to my friend..

The slim one looks pretty sleek though..Hrm..

I think when the slimmer one comes out, i'll sell my new one for a newer one.

p/s: Do u guys know the default clock speed when playing UMD? is it 333MHz?

Reason I bought it now, is I need to get myself familiarize with the SDK, libraries, etc.
Can't wait for one month or longer. And you're right, Sony Style/Center is the most trustworthy shop. Hehe...

The thing i am worried about when buying PSP from unknown source is that i am at risk of getting Refurbished set though.Heard many cases of refurbished PSP set though..

can i send my psp to sony centre for servicing if i didn't buy it from them and i'm using custom firmware?

i'd heard that 3.52 M33 still got bugs, thats why they came out a patch 3.52 M33-2 now..

i wanna ask...
if wanna use PSP to browse internet how? i mean on wifi areas. let's say if the shop has a WEP security... do i need to ask the shop to give me the WEP key?

Nope...globally Sony don't usually serviced parallel import products unless with international warranty.

Hahaha ,FYI, if a wifi spot hv a WEP, thats mean they (the owner) don't want you to access their wifi lor.....

Or you can buy a TMnet Hotspot prepaid card and can access the internet via a wifi hotspot that have this sign
