QUOTE(sinister @ Mar 26 2007, 02:41 PM) yea..but usually i'll zoom a building to take pic, or taking a pano pic;)..so i wonder a 200mm lens is enough for me or not? i hv never really try this 200mm lens, so hv no idea how far it zoom.i'll be very appreciate if some1 can show me a photo of the same scenery snap by using 55mm and 200mm This post has been edited by jian.see: Mar 26 2007, 03:18 PM |

i suggest you analyse those photos that you took & see what focal length you used. then you'll know what kind of lens you'd like to use

Just bought myself the Nikon D40. I'm quite pleased with it and I've been experimenting with it all night. I am getting quite a number of "Error. Press shutter release button again" messages while taking snapshots though. Maybe about once every 5-6 shots? Is this normal?

QUOTE(shinchan^^ @ Mar 27 2007, 08:59 AM) I feel that the glass is not coming down properly after the shot. Normally I hear the "CLICK CLACK" of the glass lifting and falling but I will get the error when I hear "CLICK click" which is softer click after the initial lift of the glass. It occurs more frequently if I have long shutter times in Aparture Priority mode. It's getting annoying enough that I am going to bring it for service. This is bad considering I've only used it for half a day. |

Well.. brought it back to the camera shop and they confirmed there's definitely something wrong with the camera. They will do a 1 to 1 exchange for me
