Anyone knows any banker that can finance 85% loan?

Do you know any banker that can loan up to 85-90% ah?

It is office suites...so even u have more than 2 props..u still can get 85pc loan.

So far all bankers only offered 80 max. You know anyone can do 85?

UOB, RHB, PBB (Waiting Approval), CIMB and etc...

RHB could get 85% for commercial loan

How come when I asked they only offer 80 lol

Wow 1000++ unit sovo with near 3000++ rooms.
With no carpark provided means yr Target tenant shouldn't have car and I believe less than 10% buyer for own stay. So when completed u have to compete with 2000+ rooms.

Jonathan, seems like you are the expert here. When is the estimated completion date? I heard some say 2021 during phase 1. Now 2022 for those promoting phase 2. Phase 1 and 2 eventually same building, can't be CCC on different date. Any idea?

Estimation is 2021. TheEdge put 2022 and some more freehold. So some wrong info there.

Anywhere if it's from SPA will be 48 mths from signing
