Sold last month at RM470k. I'll be reviewing Rawang again...maybe in the next 5 years or so as market here is slow.I think the price went up to average of 500K-530K depending on facing. Bought at 385k Paid up to date 70k Bank balance 370k Say sell at 480k Agent and lawyer fee 12k Rgpt 6k Profit only around 20k for 4yr + :-[ |
