Mine one Phase 1 18x70 cant use that port for astro. The ceiling point also not found.
Ended up have to pull cable from outside

I installed astro njoi package around 365RM (include installation).
For the dishes price varies with different sales person. So you can contact your sales and ask for pricing.

was quote for dish + installation (no wiring) = rm150 for dish, installation rm100 = total rm250

That is a good price i think.
The contractor will come and check for you during installation.

Update:
Today already engaged with Astro installer to confirm the point and install the dish, no additional wiring works. Tested on the developer's provided MATV port does support Astro, very good signal reading too.
