club house still no CCC, cant use the swimming pool, access road still not very good, came in from jln reko need to go thru some private road, enter at own risk

mellowood different concept and price also higher than TH, I was comparing with merrydale 22x75 built up, I think ceria residence at cyberjaya also can squeeze 2600+ sqft out of 22x75 land size

Oh!! I didn't see merrydale backlane tho. I was only brought to this mellowood show unit. I don't think merrydale is there anymore. My first visit was last weekend

yea, no show unit for merrydale.
every precincts in em are having backlane garden, but different in term of wideness, design (i guess).
