I have also received VP letter. I need to pay around RM1k accumulated interest. Could it be my bank pays late hence the interest? Can i claim back the money from them or at least the difference between their rate and tropicana's 10% p.a. interest rate?

Deposit to ensure that when ur renovation contractor come and whack the hell out of your house, all the construction debris u clean. If u not do cleanup developer will use ur deposit to fund the cleanup. Yes, your house is individual title right? The more so developer need to get deposit from u.

I'm not a tropicana buyer but i bought a house in kajang oso. My developer also ask RM3K for reno deposit. Developer oledi refund 2K and awaiting another 1K later.

yo bro ., im currently staying in townhouse upper level , having quite bad experience and that why moving out to tropicana landed , my 3 kids keep running around the house and always get complain from downstair , so non-stop argueing and now became enemy    , haha . depends your luck whether having such a fuzzy neighbour or not . else other thing is quite ok for living .

Non of the brick wall can support  ANY type of floor regardless the purposes of the floor and either the wall is made by red brick, clay brick, sand brick or blocks.
Unless there is RC column or beam but still need to check with structural engineer...Main con won't know that...
