QUOTE(ahornette @ Mar 5 2016, 07:26 PM) I have also received VP letter. I need to pay around RM1k accumulated interest. Could it be my bank pays late hence the interest? Can i claim back the money from them or at least the difference between their rate and tropicana's 10% p.a. interest rate? ASK for details from the Developer. Which payment is late You have to pay first and try to claim back from lawyer or bank but if you don't pay first u cannot get keys |

Guys the letter from Tropicana says we must pay 3k to them for renovation deposit.
WITF is this deposit for, this is individuall title development, not under strata management. My previous property, I did not pay such reno deposit for my Landed Property |

QUOTE(kamilnu @ Apr 9 2016, 03:19 PM) Deposit to ensure that when ur renovation contractor come and whack the hell out of your house, all the construction debris u clean. If u not do cleanup developer will use ur deposit to fund the cleanup. Yes, your house is individual title right? The more so developer need to get deposit from u. Sorry bro, this argument does not sound right.I'm not a tropicana buyer but i bought a house in kajang oso. My developer also ask RM3K for reno deposit. Developer oledi refund 2K and awaiting another 1K later. When u under go major Reno, u need consent of the local council who collect deposit from u. U need to rent a bin which is placed outside your house. After Reno is completel, u get back your deposit In existing completed individual title development you don't consent from the developer right. |

QUOTE(DS4 @ Oct 8 2016, 09:08 AM) Non of the brick wall can support ANY type of floor regardless the purposes of the floor and either the wall is made by red brick, clay brick, sand brick or blocks. I suppose if you have the As Built Building Plans, a qualified CSE (Civil & Structural Engineer) can tell if there the walls can take the load of another RC beamUnless there is RC column or beam but still need to check with structural engineer...Main con won't know that... |
