Hi, MRT Jalan Reko is the one nearby indian temple at jalan reko....tat will b the last station (depot) for MRT Kajang line.

Oh sorry my bad. So that means we will need to take the KTM from kajang 2 to KTM jalan reko then exchange train to mrt..

The sa said that the upcoming line after jalan reko will be heading towards sg chua it seems.

Jalan Reko station is where the KTM Kajang located. The last MRT station as of now.

I heard there is one high rise very near to Kajang MRT. I do not know whether is condo or service apartment. The others development are boulevard and saville. Both by MKH.

Err why should I be leh jamsi bond? There is only one unit for bid and it's happening now. Not everyone will be able to get the bid also.

You need to do the monkey job to promote Tropicana such as like their facebook, share the promotional video, visit the show unit in order to obtain some bids. Using these bids, you can place your bid on the website. If you are so lucky to become the lowest and UNIQUE bidder, then you will become the winner to buy that property according to your price loh.

For example:

Floor price of Property is RM 500,000.

Person A place bid RM 500,000
Person B place bid RM 500,000
Person C place bid RM 500,001
Person D place bid RM 500,001
Person E place bid RM 500,005
Person F place bid RM 500,008
Person G place bid RM 500,010

Winner: Person E, lowest and UNIQUE bid.

Perhaps you will ask, can you put the 100,000 bids from RM 500,000 till RM 600,000 or not, with every increment RM 1. The answer is very hard, because it is not a free bid, you need to do all those monkey jobs to get the "bid".

Not sure if Tropicana appoint some reputable Auditors to monitor the process or not. Otherwise, if Tropicana knows all the bidding price and they send one staff to bid on the "lowest and unique" price, then god bless you ler..

collected the key for the house, satisfied with the workmanship, very hard to find things for them to fix, got a few contractor staff accompanied us, some of the tile grout got holes, asked them to fill it, some tiles got small chip, willing to replace, this house comes with heater, alarm and autogate, the ceiling is very high, need to put plaster ceiling or else, very hard to replace light bulb, the under staircase store and back yard not tiled, not sure if this is standard but for high price property like this, should be tiled

club house still no CCC, cant use the swimming pool, access road still not very good, came in from jln reko need to go thru some private road, enter at own risk

Most of the good units have already been taken up and almost 95% sold off. For this bid, depend on your luck. They have a lot of promotions to "clear off" the balance units recently.

The road access is damn kanasai. I don't even want to visit unless I really had to.
