collected the key for the house, satisfied with the workmanship, very hard to find things for them to fix, got a few contractor staff accompanied us, some of the tile grout got holes, asked them to fill it, some tiles got small chip, willing to replace, this house comes with heater, alarm and autogate, the ceiling is very high, need to put plaster ceiling or else, very hard to replace light bulb, the under staircase store and back yard not tiled, not sure if this is standard but for high price property like this, should be tiled
club house still no CCC, cant use the swimming pool, access road still not very good, came in from jln reko need to go thru some private road, enter at own risk

but the built up is a bit small for today standard, projects like eco majestic can squeeze 2600+ sq ft out of 22x75 land size, something that TH must catch up

actually TH is not really in kajang, more like kajang south, you want something nearer to kajang town you can check out oasis kajang, cheaper than TH too but this is not a full township

I got some on info on the town villa, 5% rebate, another 1% as early bird rebate, net price from rm630k, front porch unable to park 2 cars side by side although from simple measurement, a myvi with a width of 1665mm will not exceed 12.5 ft
