I think surau ones not those hardcore speakers. Not as hardcore as masjid. Any Muslim here care to clarify what does a surau do and it's impact on noise?

Inside then confirm won't build ady. I think 90% of the buyers in parkfield are chinese and indians. It's gonna be those pondok without speakers. Just a sembayang place

I think there is a tapak surau or masjid near the condos there. They will be putting the surau there and I'm quite sure the surau is inside parkfield tho and not outside. Are u sure Mr Swee

Not really bro. They are clearing hillpark and kajang east before they launch K2. Later their previous launches tak laku with the launch of K2. K2 commies will be a BBB 😆😆😆

Doubt tropicana will give lap sap finishing like other developers la. Workmanship from tropicana has been the least of my worries.

What worries most is the execution of K2. It will be executing but don't know when. Meredien suites in K2 gas been launched ady tho so I forsee the commies etc will be launched in 2017.

I think EM is nice especially mellowood and i was sold to it. But SEH build quality is lapsap and besides it's a speculative product as evidenced by the classifieds posted in all property portals.

I think TH is a better investment because I felt that a vast majority bought for ownstay, a way smaller quality township for better quality control, riding on kajang 2 commies and also the much better built quality.

15 mins may be near for you from TH to SEH but I can reach KLCC in 15 from PJ. So what's near and far? Well we better keep this TH thread back to its very own topic before it gets closed down again because of lap sap quality SEH always been mentioned here since V1. You can compare SEH in the other thead.
