Plus if pay for monthly car instalment averagely 3k.. LOL.. 4k a month!!

You can afford an end lot here which mean you can easily afford a DSL in a rather matured area in PJ etc.. why kajang?

The end lot costs you almost a million if I'm not mistaken.
