Route 1 - RM1.8+RM2+RM3=RM6.8
Route 2 - RM1.8+RM2+RM2.5=RM6.3, if use Besraya extension add another RM2=RM8.3
Route 3 -
SMART:  RM2.7+RM3=RM5.7
MEX: RM2.7+RM2=RM4.7
MRR2-AKLEH: RM2.7+RM2.5=RM5.3

Have fun experimenting hahaha.. There are 2-3 other routes I use in the morning. I change my route every 2-3 days for the sake of it.

Going back is usually via MEX-PLUS exit Kajang-Kajang SILK or via Besraya-Kajang Silk. Least traffic. Average an hour from KL.

Hahaha yup2. Thats why i dont have car loan anymore. Settled it and never looked into car again. Only property. Else mati already.

Personal preference hahaha. Been staying in Bangi for 5yrs plus and wife has been here abt 10-15 yrs. I personally like BBBangi area. Plus so, Bangi and Kajang are still young compared to PJ with lots of growth opportunities. Kinda exciting.

And also my wife's business is in Bangi. Easy for her.

THK development looks exciting for this area, seldomly a developer would build something like this (except for Jade and Nadayu in my opinion). Maybe this is the start.

hrrmm .. wonder how to judge worth or not ? compare with other development ? or compare product within the same township ? ridgefield actually priced at reasonable level , it should have better lanscaping compare to parkfield and fairfield , if you dont pick ridgefield , may next phase condo launching priced about the same like now then u will be regret lo,  , just dont give urself any excuse that (aiya .. better i buy from old time . now very expensive d) .. im the one who went thru all this experience b4 , just make it simple , if you love it and affort it .. just do it .  :thumbsup:

last suggestion ya .. learn from some master last weekend, dont expect chicken will eventually become pheonix , chicken is chicken and pheonix will still in higher level , so you wan ur property placed/priced at premium level , so please dont pick the lowclass and expect any changes from it

just been there this afternoon , quite satisfy wit the progress , but really no comment about the clubhouse , it seem totally no impovement b4 and after , badminton court still look like an empty hall , gym room still didnt put xtra effort to making it better zzz asked the guard there any badminton court , the answer obviously is "dont know" , not look like a top developer behaviour in handover services to public ...

The badminton court is not yet ready but is going to allocate for temporary condo show unit
