Note 5 launching price more than rm3k. may not hv micro sd.
So i guess it will tk several months for N4 to drop to 1.5k.

only note 4 SDnap has quick charge 2.0, and i like quick charge

I just bought Zen phone 2 for its price tag I am impressed no lag at all with 4gb.

Buy android don't look at resell value. If wanna focus resell value buy Telco plan with phone if not buy iphone.

3k for android seems overpriced.

I'll consider note 5 if within 2k to 2.3k , anything else I have plenty of other choices.

Many phones have quick charge even my 1k Zen phone 2 have it

you should check out some of the "flagships" from the big guys... quite a few all more than rm3k (for high end specs)...

Wow. Note 3 is still at the range of rm1.5k? If like that it will really take ages for note 4 to drop until rm1.5k range.

yup... its still 1.5k... its a damn good device... IMHO 3 and 4 have not so much different...

I came from a 3, and i regret buying the 4 initially. If u ask me now, id tell u the 4 is wayyyyyyy better and it was worth the upgrade

Display, battery, camera, feel of the phone, fast charging..

If thats not enough, i dunno what u r looking for.

hmmm... looks like i have to eat my words. very sure i recall seeing many phones were like rm3.1k, etc... but just had a quick check again at DirectD website... and i am wrong.

i wonder if i stepped into Twilight Zone at that time or something...?!?

i personally wouldnt spend 3k on a smartphone. Gaming on smartphone eventually got boring for me that i stopped playing games.Mostly just surfing the net,texting and take pics with it. Plus its already a turn off that spending a few minutes on gaming already consume so much of your battery and getting your phone warm. So i dont need overpowered processor.Note 4 is a good all round phone and s pen was the reason that i got it at the first place. They keep packing phones with powerful spec to attract buyers but if you think wisely,do you really need it? unless they take the gaming department to another league and with better optimization then il consider that price.

And u felt no diff from 3 to 4? It was huge for me.

I have been a note user since 1. 4 is by far the best. Wanted note edge so much when it was launched, but i bought the 4 2 weeks earlier. Pffttt.

No regrets also.

Even i can see the diff in camera quality from n4 to s6. And i am quite noob in android. I use it as it is. I aint those pro in android.

Topping up 1k to look the same doesn't sound like a good deal.
I waiting for Samsung to come out a dual SIM note that will steal the spotlight.

i think it can and will be lower than edge. in the past, it's like rm100-200 more than the regular S version. <-- this is something i can be wrong about again. long time no follow Samsung phones

the edge series... who knows... might have note edge 2 or sth... there's also supposedly the bigger edge plus or something that should be launching at the same time as note 5.
