Gamuda Gardens is launching phase 4, Illaria from 4xxk for townhouse upper level. For double story link houses, it is from 18x65 to 22x70.

from my experience of my friend's 18ft width landed. really really tight even the house itself if the staircase design is not good. since you gonna stay in ulu location already why make yourself suffer by staying on a 18ft width landed.

I guess Joya and Jovita don't sell that well cause the base price is 940k. But the size and built up is really spacious, especially fence-less/gate-less design

price will be the first things to consider thou. Not all ppl afford to buy big and width place but most ppl wanted a place that call home, whether it is small or big.

how about commercial? i mean is there any shops within vicinity for convenience like eatery & grocery nearby?

Yeah, for now names like tealives, kfc, Mr diy and freshi for grocery is confirmed.

Heard that freshi is already open for business. The rest not too sure

the waterfront shops i think mostly undergo renovation now. got KFC, starbucks, freshie and one clinic.
Infront of the service condo there's two more rows shoplots
