probably next to the garden esteem exclusive entrance too.. 
gamuda probably would have to beauty up the access road leading to that path..

oh, found out the exact entrance into Esteem.. it's not what i thought earlier, talked to the sales guy @GG and found out there're a few things they're removing from the current site (e.g that soccer field will eventually be gone, same goes with garden pavilion).. build then remove.. lol

I have a question, how would choose from the many projects that are available in Rawang and Kundang especially those that are nearer to Aeon Rawang itself?

I got cable from the Engineer who work for Gamuda, basically in front of DR is Surau/Masjid then they are also preparing a lot for School and he said please pray to god that Government approve it very fast because it will be a gov school (Both SRK and SMK). Then the attached image below is next to Illaria and next to Valeria we will have another shoplot.

Then the longer term plan is to upgrade Monkey Road near Garden Parks to a wider road, and then direct access to AEON Rawang from Gamuda Gardens from D Laman Kundang road. The expected road will be in front of AEON rawang traffic light (Opposite of the main road) currently is T junction, so it will expect a 4 junction of traffic light in the future, this as well subject to approval from Majlis and co-operation between GG and Hong Leong (Emerald)

The long term development of gamuda is expected to be 20 years. Yes as you would expect they are trying to fund for Private Hospital but not yet started.

My opinion i dont have any issue when talk about foodie. For me Sg Buloh not too far and should be on your list and of course have a lot variety too.

The cost quite reasonable and acceptable for current situation.

Any idea what are the construction leading to the Pavilion Convention hall? There seemed to be underground pipe installation involved..

It is likely the second road that will link the main road from lagong to Gardens Park.

Hopefully, Gamuda stays on track with their timeline. It's definitely exciting to see the development shaping up in Kundang.

I wonder what other developments are in store for Kundang in the next 5 to 10 years.(expecting MRT) With these infrastructure improvements, it seems like the area is really starting to wake up from its sleepy reputation.
