Yes. Esteem just next to D laman. The exclusive entrance is just for esteem?

Also the salesperson confirmed gardens square complete only by 2025. Such a long way to go before we get our grocer

Garden Park Homes just launched last week. Freehold. 1 km plus away from GG. Showhouse ready. 20x65 and 20×60.

20x60 starting from 775k. But you know when you start asking the real price is rm800k up.

IBS and looks novel.

What do you guys think? Its very steep for a rawang/kundang property. Would you buy?

Didnt manage to. Salesstaff said full of ppl. Only 20 feet. The Gardens Square is indeed promising but only occupies a small plot. For this place to grow there needs to be more...think Setia Alam... e.g. if they build a university and hospital at Gamuda Gardens City Centre.

But given the high price of this new 20x60, its hardly investment friendly and if you stay in it it will be many many years before value will increase.

Price. GG is the priciest. Guocoland new 20 x 70 FH is only 720k vs GG 20x60 800k.

Developed over developing? Well established Aeon inspired commercials over Gardens Square desaparkcitylike commercial centre?

Really depends on which area youblike and how much you willing to fork out for own stay

Thanks for the info! The new road linking DLK to Gamuda Parkhomes is already ready. All they need to do is to link Parkhones with Aeon which is just a few km long.

Also hospital will boost the value of GG as most who stay here is probably looking at retitlrement yrs where medical healthcare is a must

If they dont build this access road quickly, nobody will buy Gardens Park. Heard Gardens Park will officially really launch in June 2024. The attraction is the treelined access from Gardens Park to Gamuda Gardens waterfront/Gamuda Square (gamuda calls it park connector) and secondly the access from Gardens Park to Aeon Rawang. These 2 accesses are extremely important for Gamuda esp to sell Gardens Park and for Gamuda Square to flourish as a business park. Otherwise no footfall from the affluent from Emerald Rawang/Anggun.

Which is good for us. Continued infra for this sleepy Kundang town.

I wouldnt be so optimistic about mrt. As its unlikely to be none, they should heavily promote the ktm kuang. Landscape or upgrade the station to make it usable.

The intended mall and office.. i have doubts it will come soon due to the economy. Gardens Square would have to cater to this first and be the main catalyst in 2025 when it is opened. Im hearing a medical centre (but not aure when) which would bring some needed jobs, and incentivise more retirees to live in GG
