You can sync both card in MSI Afterburner General tab.

wow after seen R9 390 pcs+ performance(fwen got it) he got it RM1,260 beat GTX 970... well i say RIP GTX 970.. :/ so strange see seller trying sell their GTX 970 RM1.3K+ while can get R9 390 for 50 -100 less and a bit better performance +8GB vram... so strange why temp is lower than R9 290X during load ??

eh no worried... get win 10 Dx 12 see this as single Beast GPU when Crossfire it.. well if they say was true..

I want to raise back about buying computer parts into Labuan.

I had been checking government released acts on GST:
1) Goods and Service Tax (Relief) Order 2014
2) GST: Guide on Designated Area

(Designated Area = Labuan, Langkawi & Tioman)

It stated in documents:
1) Paragraph 3 (Supply of Goods Determined as Zero-Rated Supply), clause 3: Goods supplied to a designated area from Malaysia other than a designated area.

2)Clause 13: For the purpose of GST, goods supplied from Malaysia to designated areas are zero-rated as stated in the Goods and Services Tax (Zero Rated Supply) Order 2014. However, services supplied from Malaysia to designated area are subject to GST as they are local supplies.


So how is it? Computer parts is goods right? And the acts states that it'll be zero-rated if sold to Labuan.

yes. its goods. hence zero-rated.
on service, i think depends on what kind of service, if its done outside of designated area = Standard supplies.
if done inside designated area = zero-rated.

That's what i think about it. So I can tell the seller to waive the gst if i buy computer parts from KL online sellers right? As long as they ship the product to my address at Labuan.
Also prepaid telco here charged with GST, that's counted as service i think.

2 fury x is equivalent to titan x sli ady haha.
