i brough one in Elvina 3b, house big but design so so .. collect key after few month still doing defect, very slow. they not serious to help after hand over key. 
The Water and electricity install only after one month collect key, very bad experience, they only want the money fast by handover key, not professional enough.
the toilet flushing tank is lausy, water leaking and slow refill after flush, kitchen area floor no even, water cannot go in manhole, balcony cement crack they said not a defect as long as no leaking water, wall crack etc ..... lazy to mention    for me the quality not worth for RM5xx+ maybe im the bad luck one.
