Not sure yet bro, this is my first auction property. But i will let my lawyer takes care of the title issue. As far as i know, a lot of the condos in KL have difficulty getting individual titles even after many years of vacant possession. I didn't expect to pay in cash of course... not that rich lah... My lawyer told me even the title is not transfered, but as long as POS is signed it is fine. The property belongs to me, and bank will disburse the loan payment.
