I think basic touch up is needed, especially the toilet is a bit messy. cry.gif

But overall is still acceptable.

Once cleaned up with simple furnishing, the rental of this unit can fetch around RM1800/month.

Is LACA.

Leasehold, Sri Petaling mostly leasehold property.

I always afraid of goin into LACA aunction due to its title transfer problem. So far have you encounter any problems?

But i will let my lawyer takes care of the title issue.

As far as i know, a lot of the condos in KL have difficulty getting individual titles even after many years of vacant possession. As a matter of fact, even the current one i am staying for more than 10 years still haven't got my title. rclxub.gif

Emm... this is getting technical. I didn't expect to pay in cash of course... not that rich lah... shakehead.gif

My lawyer told me even the title is not transfered, but as long as POS is signed it is fine. The property belongs to me, and bank will disburse the loan payment. nod.gif

'300K for a 1100sft in SP is cheap bro! U r going to furnish it and sell it asap? Subject to RPGT if you sell within 5 years from purchase date?
