Seriously the selling price for this project is expensive.......I believe the sales person cann't afford to buy a unit as well......What do you think?

It will be not a problem if you are driving on a more comfortable car such as Camry. It makes a big differences.

I went there last week sunday and club house was fantastic.

Anyhow, anyone can clarify that Balista Double Storey Terrace was one sold at RM450K+++ early Last year

I heard there will be a road connect directly from Rasah kemayan to Bandar Sri Sendayan. Don't know it is true or not?? I did see abandoned project comes alive in RK and a road direct link BSS. How I wish it is true.
