I think some traditional retail shops or MLM sellers still think they charge a premium price because they provide personalised service such as provide product information and tutorial, product delivery to home, installation and local warranty.
What they didn't realise is that all these services and local warranty also included by some of the online merchants nowadays. As for product information and tutorial services, isn't it Youtube video tutorial and reviews are even better and unbiased ??

aquaphor from ebay uk is using filters: K3, К2, K7 while from aquaphor.com.my i think for malaysia market is using filters: К3, К7B, K7...what is the different of K2 and K7B?

Water filter is one of the key home appliances in every home, min must have one unit  if not two (dry and wet kitchen). If sell it at more affordable pricing at online portals, i think the profit from the higher volume of business can compensate the margin loss.  Maybe Bro Zheilwane prefers high margin but small volume kind of business model instead of small margin but big volume model.
On another note, I Just read that Lazada sold 14k phones/tablets on 11.11 Singles Day alone and total sales exceed RM100 million ( all categories) in one day. Isn't that means brick and mortar phone shops just loss 14k potential phones/tablets sales and the rest of the retail sectors loss RM100 million potential sales to Lazada ? and that's only Lazada.

3M got it in 2011 before move in, they got promotion AP902 + DWS 1000 only 2k+-. I was eyeing on AP902 because of its compact size. They have offer get two for 2k+, why not.

Spare parts easy to get hard to replace yourself. The entire smart chip monitoring module is sealed, and those chips are sensitive as well.

CTM-01 is tested in accordance with NSF standard but no certification. About RM300 in local online shopping portals. RC is RM150, can be cheaper if use discount code. Good option under affordability category.

Exsakai really hate his 3M easy complete, now he has a spare filter head since he already switched over to aquaphor. Buy the filter head from exsakai cheap cheap ( I'm sure he will sell cheap cheap like RM20 because he really dislike it so much)   Then buy the RC from Lazada RM150 and voila !!

Yes, the same filter head can also be used for NSF standards certified cartridges such as C-Complete, F003 (buy from China) and others cartridges that are compatible to AP2 filter head.

Similar to Culligan IC-EZ-1 basic sold in local Ace Hardware @RM122, the filter head is compatible with EZ-4 cartridge from Amazon @ USD35.

Shipping from UK how much ? Better pay GBP5 to exsakai for his used AP2 head.
