Comparing GM with PPL in KLIA 2, which is better? Aeon member here...

Two different things.
GM is a restaurant. PPL is for you to enjoy snacks and light meal, sit down and relax.

Aeon cards may not be accepted in GM anymore, so you gotta check further.

if there is 12% discount, you can see the column like right screenshot(mentioning 12% discount)..

and i mention again... visa wed discount already expired on 12 june

At KLIA PPL now, they not aware of PBB VS term changed, still saying need spend 5x oversea to eligible for free access

won't blame them. the banks changed terms and conditions too frequent.
if they are serving just 1 bank, ok. But banks... hard to keep up.

PPL doesn't need to know about that since they charge to your bank anyway..
just whether the bank will charge you or not..

Although AEON cardmembers needed to fill in the form but at least it's consistent than those bank whom doesn't communicate to PPL of the changes.

Only AEON cardmember needs to fill in the form and the rest CC in 1st page doesn't need, I mean just swipe and go in?

Other banks just swipe and go in. So far, I only noticed with Aeon. I used other cards, no need to fill in and see other people just swipe and go in.

I still didn't owned any CC that allow me to go PPL/GM with FREE.

Any suggestion? Right now I only have MBB2card and OCBC Titanium, planned to terminate both since the benefit is bad...

It depends on your income level but I guess you have no problem with Aeon Gold. Try that and get 6x PPL access per year for KLIA/KLIA2.

Correct. You cannot go through unless you get a pass (which is another problem altogether)

Previously due to lost and found I got a pass to go back to baggage claim area.. But cannot go past immigration.

Better than nothing lo.
Though some staff will fill in for you. So far, I used twice last year and filled in by myself.
This year no longer using it, used other cards and just swiped and went in.

no class? wait till you see some people (including mat salleh) with disappointed face after being told that their card has no access, while you are filling up the form. one time when I was travelling alone, i almost wanna use my another card for one aunty but worried later she thought negatively.

maybe the staff only will offer to fill in for ladies?
